The young jazz-rock fusion virtuoso Matteo Mancuso from Sicily makes his Swedish premiere. Mancuso is a guitar prodigy who has been praised internationally by, among others, Al Di Meola, Dweezil Zappa, Stef Burns, Joe Bonamassa and Steve Vai. Matteo is a multifaceted guitarist and has developed a personal, original musical language. Already in 2009, at the age of twelve, he performed at the Castelbuono Jazz Festival in Sicily. At a very young age, in 2017, he became a scholar at the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston. The scholarship was awarded at Umbria Jazz. With him is Riccardo Oliva on bass and Gianluca Pellerito on drums.
